Spawn: The Recall begs for a new feature film
Every now and then a fan film comes along that plays with the elements of a character or world in just the right way to tickle those tastebuds, and in doing so it often makes viewers wish more from that particular universe existed. Michael Paris’ short film Spawn: The Recall, while not necessarily showing much of the masked demon, does play on atmospheres and some heavy CG effects to build a pretty impressive vision. There have been rumblings of a new Spawn film for a while, but nothing has come of said rumblings, so it’s nice to know the Spawn fans are still out there keeping the character alive.
