The Postal Service’s Everything Will Change gets a trailer

The Postal Service was a band that burned brightly for a short time way back in 2003, fronted by Death Cab For Cutie’s Ben Gibbard, and the group briefly resurfaced in 2013 to tour for the first time in over a decade. Fortunately, their comeback is being immortalized in the upcoming documentary Everything Will Change, so if you didn’t catch them in concert you can relive the good vibes and smooth you missed. Their only album produced, Give Up (click to buy!), was iconic in its own right, and the band has gained a following of listeners who know every song and can sing every word. Unashamedly, I’ve had a soft spot for The Postal Service for a long time, so it’s great to see the group getting a proper documentary to showcase their all-too-short return to the stage.

Talk about bringing back good memories. Whether you’re a fan of The Postal Service or this is the first you’re hearing of them, you couldn’t go wrong popping in their CD and giving it a good listen sometime in the near future.
